We went through a local lender and they said my credit was too bad to be on a home loan so they’d only use my husbands. We needed both incomes in order to get a house in my area so that didn't work. I saw this add pop up and wondered. He contacted me and helped me fill out forms over the phone. I was praying it wasn’t a scam as that’s a lot of info well.. he got it to where both incomes are on it and we had a higher limit than I could have dreamed about. "Don't even know where to start we have been in the process for a few years now getting credit where it needs to be, having a bankruptcy a few years back buying a home seemed almost impossible. I found rick on Facebook and was very skeptical at first but once I talked to him I knew he knew his stuff. He walked me and my wife through the whole process and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I have spoken to several other lenders and honestly when my credit wasn't quite there they honestly lost interest. Rick helped from literally getting our credit to where it needs to be to the whole process all the way to closing. Not gonna lie it was the most stressed month I had in my life but he made it all make sense and helped us through it.
