We ended up finding out the cash to close by the Title Company. Overall, our experience was good, I just think the communication could be a little better for first time home buyers."

"Rick was undoubtedly the driving force behind my recent home purchase from one state to another. Back in July my rental lease was set to expire in September and I was so over paying the never ending increasing costs to rent.
